I started to take a watercolour class.  It is very different to work with and I am the odd one trying to layer in paint instead of making washes.  Finally got to some realization and acceptance of the medium with a preferred style.  I like to put the paint on the paper and mix it there. The premixing is ok too but paint on paper is more fulfilling.
