In my little world a true harbinger of spring is when Grandora Gardens returns to the Saskatoon Farmers Market.  Today was their first day back from the winter slumber!!!  This means fresh cucumbers that taste so wonderfully fresh and crispy along with lettuce.  This excites me as it is just the start of more wonderful spring events to come.  The days are longer and the darkness of winters hold is lessening.  Inspiring.  Loved the energy from the morning and have carried it forward (helped along with two cappuccino’s) into some painting.
